As a registered nurse for the last 20 years I have gained a huge amount of knowledge about fitness, food and losing weight by personally challenging myself, family members, friends and coworkers to do the same utilizing my 21 Day Challenge. In 2009 I.L.M.B. Fitness (I Love My Body) was birthed. It my goal to assist women in making health conscious eating choices, while using exercise to enhance their physical appearance to produce the I Love My Body attitude.
I assist women achieve this goal by educating them on health, fitness, nutrition and more. Plus being a registered nurse I have a slight advantage over other personal trainers that may not have the medical background and expertise when it comes to health & personal training.
ILMB’s philosophy is dieting doesn’t work; health and fitness is a lifestyle. I start out with the basics helping you to understand where you are and what goals you’re trying to achieve. I do this utilizing a free one-on-one health and fitness consultation in which we lay a solid foundation detailing your current body composition (weight, pounds of fat, percent body fat, bone density, body water, BMI, BMR). This gives me a personal blueprint to tailor a customized meal plan and fitness regimen just for the client.
You may be asking, “Can ILMB Fitness really help me?” The answer is, Yes I can! Just read some of my testimonials and see yourself in their shoes. You might feel skeptical, unsure, or hesitant, which is understandable. I believe in my program and I know that it will help. That’s why I offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t achieve one of the following: lose weight, inches, build muscle, gain endurance, strength, or flexibility with me as your personal trainer, I will gladly refund your money no questions asked. I LOVE my job and take it very seriously. I have a desire and passion to see women get healthy, fit and to LOVE their bodies.
