HIIT (High intensity interval training) is a great way to burn calories and tone muscle all in 1 quick workout. The goal of HIIT is to work as hard as you can for 30-90sec than rest for 15-60 sec. You can start with 2 exercises and go up to 8-10. Or as many as you want. Just make sure you’re giving it you’ve got during the work phase. Here are a few to try.
